1. How to Order ?

Orders can be ship out about 15 days which out of stock. (Stock items about 5 days).

2. What’s the minimum order quantity?

For MOQ, generally, it’s 30 pcs per item.  for K gold jewelry, the MOQ is 5 pcs per item.

3. Can you do my own design ? and how can my design be confidential ?

Yes, we can produce customer’s own design. and all the design copy right are highly appreciated and obeyed. We will not disclose the design to any third parties or sell to any third parties. Confidential agreement also will be strictly respected in our company.

4. How can we pay ? 

Generally, we prefer TT (Bank Wire) for regular orders.

and will accept Paypal for sample order and mold charges.

5. Shipping Method

6.   Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined by your order total( weight & size of freight).
Our company has signed agreement with DHL and UPS, Two international transport companies, They help us deliver goods quickly with more preferential price to lower transport cost for our costumers.

7.  Shipping Time

Under normal circumstances, Equeen Jewelry proudly ships worldwide with DHLwithin 2-4 business days( UPS within 4-5workdays) Encountered with festivals, vacation or force majeure, the transportation period may be a litter longer.

8.  Package and security.

The merchandises are delivered in special container provided by transport companiy. Furthermore, we usually put some plastic bubbles inside the parcel to keep the jewelry steady, waterproof and crushproof. You can track the shipment via the web and get the additional information by 800 free telephones.

9. Custom

Our costumers do not need to worry about whether or not they can pass the custom successfully. We cooperate with transport company to help costumers finish custom procedures. So far, the Customs declaration percentage of our products has reached 100%.
